Crement de Die has been AOC classified since 1993 and is located on both banks of the Drome Valley in the south east corner of France. The wine is made primarily from Clairette grapes combined with Aligote (10-40%) and Muscat (5-10%).
201,080 bottles are produced each year.
Total area of production is 30 ha (74 acres).
Only 8% of production is exported.
